From this page, you can download a remote access application that can assist ACS in troubleshooting issues with your test system. The TeamViewer QuickSupport application is a small (17.6 MB) executable file that allows you to provide ACS temporary access to your test system’s computer. Your computer must be connected to the Internet to make access possible.
When requested by an ACS support representative, please download this file and save it on the computer you wish ACS to access. Run the downloaded file and provide the 9-digit or 10-digit ID displayed by the software to your ACS representative (the password is preset). The ID will allow ACS access to your computer until you close the session. Once you have terminated your session and closed TeamViewer QuickSupport, further access requires you to run the application again.
